APC Prime Appoints Shadi Salloum as Global CEO
APC Prime has appointed Shadi Salloum as Global Chief Executive Officer, tasking him with taking the multi-asset broker beyond its established MENA base. The Dubai-headquartered firm describes the move as the start of a new phase focused on global growth.
Salloum has a long leadership record in online trading; before APC Prime he held senior roles at Alpari (UK), Axi, Equiti, Exness and XS.com, where he contributed to the growth, market presence and development of those brands across MENA markets.
As Global CEO he will oversee APC Prime’s global operations and lead execution of its international expansion strategy. His mandate covers strengthening the broker’s leadership and operational structure, identifying new market opportunities, expanding its international presence, and building the teams and partnerships required for sustainable growth. He will also work with the existing leadership to preserve the agility and client focus that underpinned the firm’s MENA performance as it scales.
APC Prime holds regulatory licences in Australia through the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and in the UAE through the Capital Market Authority (CMA); the company views that footprint as the foundation for its next stage of international growth.
Salloum said: “I am excited to join APC Prime at such an important moment in the broker’s journey. The business has built a strong foundation and established significant momentum in the MENA region, and we now have an exciting opportunity to take that success to the global stage. Our ambition is clear: to build on APC Prime’s regional strength and accelerate its evolution into a truly global broker. We will focus on expanding into new markets, strengthening our capabilities and creating long-term value for our clients and partners around the world.”
