Eye on POS: First Watch Picks NCR Voyix; Priority Commerce Lands Bengals Ticketing Deal – Digital Transactions
NCR Voyix Corp.’s Aloha Next point-of-sale terminals will soon be used in nearly 600 First Watch Restaurant Group Inc. locations. In related news, Priority Commerce says it signed a multiyear deal to process ticket payments for the Cincinnati Bengals.
Atlanta-based NCR Voyix says its multiyear deal with First Watch also includes Voyix Kitchen, a cloud-connected kitchen display and management system for restaurants. It is unknown how many devices are part of the agreement.
First Watch says the NCR Voyix platform will help it more easily update its menu, adapt to consumers, and ease its operations. Known as a daytime dining concept, First Watch serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch. It was founded in the mid-1980s.

Meanwhile, ticket payments for the National Football League’s Cincinnati Bengals will be processed by Alpharetta, Ga.-based Priority Commerce. The Bengals’ home field is Paycor Stadium, which has more than 65,000 seats.

The Bengals were swayed by a fee structure that saved them money and the level of support from Priority Commerce, John Helmle, the Bengals chief financial and commercial officer, says in a statement. Priority Commerce also announced sports deals with the Minnesota Wild, a National Hockey League team, and the NFL’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
