Colliers Represents ClarkDietrich in Anchor Lease at Ohio Office Development
Colliers represented ClarkDietrich in a 32,558-square-foot office lease that will occupy nearly three-quarters of a new office building at Montgomery Quarter, a mixed-use development located at 9260 Montgomery Road in Cincinnati, Ohio.
John Schenk, senior vice president, and Matt Smyth, vice president, with Colliers | Cincinnati represented the tenant throughout the site selection and lease negotiation process.
“This transaction demonstrates that well-located, high-quality office space continues to attract tenants making long-term commitments in the Cincinnati market,” said Schenk. Located along the Montgomery Road corridor in Cincinnati’s northeastern suburbs, ClarkDietrich’s new office provides access to a mix of retail and dining amenities, structured parking and a modern workplace environment designed to support employee collaboration.
ClarkDietrich, a manufacturer of cold-formed steel framing products and systems, plans to relocate approximately 90 employees to the new office. The company is expected to occupy the space in October 2027.
