Mastercard Will Help Distribute AI Tech Worldwide for Rezolve – Digital Transactions
Mastercard Inc. has entered into a global reseller deal with Rezolve AI, a provider of commerce and customer-engagement capabilities based on artificial intelligence. The deal calls for the payments network to market, offer, and sell subscriptions to Rezolve AI’s software and services globally to merchants seeking technology to help manage agentic shopping.
The deal includes technology related to a wide range of functions, including matching customers’ intentions with what are seen to be relevant products. Mastercard and Rezolve will coordinate sales while working together on such functions as client evaluations, presentations, proposals, and demonstrations, the two companies say.
They add they will also work together on such features as conversational commerce, search and product discovery, shopper recommendations, and checkout orchestration.

Rezolve sees pairing with Mastercard as a move to reach the card network’s connections with client merchants, London-based Rezolve says. “This agreement gives Rezolve AI a powerful new engine for international growth,” notes Daniel Wagner, Rezolve AI’s founder, chairman, and chief executive, in a statement. “Mastercard can market and sell our technology worldwide, with a defined commercial framework for turning customer opportunities into deployments and subscription revenues.”
The deal between the companies will also address growing merchant interest in agentic commerce, or shopping driven by AI agents acting on behalf of consumers. “As AI agents change how people shop, merchants need technology that understands their products, represents them accurately, and helps turn demand into purchases,” Wagner says in a statement.
Overall, Wagner says, Mastercard offers a “worldwide distribution channel” for Rezolve. “We believe combining our commerce intelligence with this new … channel can help accelerate adoption,” he adds.
