iFOREX Cuts H1 2026 EBITDA Estimate, Maintains Full-Year Guidance | LeapRate

iFOREX Financial Trading Holdings Ltd., which trades as iFOREX, has issued an update on its interim results ahead of its scheduled announcement on 24 September 2026.

The Company said it now expects to report Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $1.4 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, down from the previous estimate of around $2.4 million given in its H1 2026 trading update on 27 July 2026.

According to the announcement, the revision stems from the interim results review process, which identified a higher liability for amounts owed to clients as of 30 June 2026 than previously recorded, along with an associated non-cash expense.

The Company noted that this accounting impact has largely reversed since the period ended. Revenue and net cash figures as of 30 June 2026 remain unchanged from those disclosed in the earlier trading update.

Despite the lower half-year EBITDA figure, iFOREX confirmed that its guidance for full-year 2026 Adjusted EBITDA remains unchanged, in a range of $0.5 million to $2.5 million. The Company said the H1 adjustment is expected to have an immaterial effect on full-year performance, given the subsequent reversal.

The Board also commented on trading conditions, describing them as challenging but noting encouragement from the Group’s performance since its 19 August 2026 update, with August results coming in slightly better than expected.
