Kellton Tech Shares Rise After New Automotive Finance Project
The contract is significant for Kellton Tech as it strengthens the company’s presence in financial technology and digital transformation services. However, the stock’s longer-term performance remains weak, with the shares still trading well below their 52-week high.

Kellton Tech will help an automotive finance company make its different software systems work together. When a customer applies for a vehicle loan, the lender has to collect information, verify documents, assess the customer’s creditworthiness, approve the loan and manage repayments. These activities can involve several different technology systems.
Kellton Tech’s platform will connect these systems with external verification and financial data services. This means information can move more smoothly between different stages of the lending process instead of each system working separately.
For the lender, this could make loan processing more efficient and reduce the need for manual work.
The project gives Kellton Tech another opportunity to expand its work with financial services companies. Banks, NBFCs and other lenders increasingly depend on technology to process loans and manage customers. This creates demand for companies that can connect different systems and help financial institutions handle data more efficiently.
For Kellton Tech, the project also fits into its broader strategy of providing digital transformation and technology consulting services. The company has not disclosed the value of the project or the name of the automotive finance client.
Kellton Tech Stock Still 47% Below 52-Week High
Despite Tuesday’s rise, Kellton Tech shares remain significantly below their recent peak. The stock is around 47% below its 52-week high of Rs 27.83 on the BSE. It had touched a 52-week low of Rs 13.10 in March 2026.
The recent performance also remains mixed. The stock has gained around 3.5% in the past month but is down about 8% over three months, 16% over six months and 47% over the past year.
