Greenstone Partners Brokers Two Chicago Multifamily Transactions

Greenstone Partners closed two multifamily transactions totaling $3.27 million across Chicago’s Wicker Park and Bridgeport neighborhoods.

The transactions were facilitated by Greenstone Partners Partner Jordan Multack, with Director Jacob Goldstein also representing the firm on the Bridgeport transaction. The transactions include the sale of 1226 N. Greenview Ave. in Wicker Park for $2.245 million and 3201–3203 S. May St. in Bridgeport for $1.025 million.

Multack represented the transaction involving 1226 N. Greenview Ave., a recently renovated, eight-unit multifamily property located in Chicago’s highly desirable Wicker Park neighborhood. The 6,500-square-foot property features one- and two-bedroom units.

Multack and Goldstein represented the transaction involving 3201–3203 S. May St. in Chicago’s Bridgeport neighborhood. The property consists of a three-unit multifamily building with an additional non-conforming coach house, together with an adjacent development lot. The property offered a combination of existing rental income and future value-creation opportunities, including potential rent growth, additional parking income, and development optionality through the separately parceled adjacent lot.
