IPO fever grips D-Street: 3 issues to open for subscription; 8 new listings lined up for next week

India’s primary market is set for another busy week, with 11 mainboard companies lined up for IPO-related activity between August 31 and September 4. Three companies are scheduled to launch their public issues, seeking to raise a combined Rs 1,264.72 crore, while eight companies have listing dates in the pipeline for the week.

Of the eight companies scheduled to list next week, five have already completed their IPOs and are set to list. The remaining three companies with issues currently open for subscription will close their IPOs next week before listing.

The fresh fundraising will begin on Monday, August 31, with Purple Style Labs opening its IPO. The company is looking to raise Rs 680 crore through the issue, with a price band of Rs 546-575 per share. The IPO will remain open until September 2.

IPOs opened on September 1

Deepa Jewellers and Rays of Belief will open their IPOs on September 1. Deepa Jewellers is seeking to raise Rs 459.72 crore, with a price band of Rs 168-177 per share. The issue comprises Rs 250 crore of fresh capital and an offer for sale of Rs 209.72 crore.
Rays of Belief, meanwhile, is looking to raise Rs 125 crore through a completely fresh issue. The company has fixed its price band at Rs 227-239 per share. Both Deepa Jewellers and Rays of Belief will remain open for subscription until September 3.

3 IPOs to close next week

Three IPOs that are already open for subscription will close next week. Lumino Industries, which opened its IPO on August 27, will close its issue on August 31. The company is looking to raise Rs 700 crore, comprising Rs 500 crore of fresh capital and an offer for sale of Rs 200 crore. The issue price is fixed at Rs 82 per share.
Priority Jewels and ESDS Software Solution will close their IPOs on September 1.Priority Jewels is looking to raise Rs 91.5 crore through a completely fresh issue, with the price band fixed at Rs 190-200 per share.

ESDS Software Solution is seeking to raise Rs 720 crore through its IPO, with the issue price fixed at Rs 429 per share. The entire issue comprises fresh capital.

8 companies set to make D-Street debut

While three companies are set to launch their IPOs next week and three existing issues will close, shares of eight companies are scheduled to list between August 31 and September 4.

Five of these companies have already completed their IPOs and are set to make their stock-market debut next week.

Augmont Enterprises will be the first to list, with its shares scheduled to debut on August 31. The company raised Rs 825 crore through its IPO, comprising Rs 620 crore of fresh capital and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 205 crore.

Shares of Symbiotec Pharmalab, Skyways Air Services and Hy-Tech Engineers are scheduled to list on September 1.

Symbiotec Pharmalab raised Rs 1,757 crore through its IPO, including Rs 150 crore of fresh capital and Rs 1,607 crore through an OFS.

Skyways Air Services raised Rs 582.8 crore, comprising Rs 398.8 crore of fresh capital and Rs 184 crore through an OFS.

Hy-Tech Engineers, meanwhile, raised Rs 135.73 crore through its public issue, including Rs 60 crore of fresh capital and Rs 75.73 crore through an OFS.

Annu Projects, which raised Rs 175.06 crore through its IPO, is scheduled to list on September 2. The company had fixed its issue price at Rs 99 per share.

The remaining three companies — Priority Jewels, ESDS Software Solution and Lumino Industries — currently have IPOs open for subscription. Their issues will close next week, after which their shares are scheduled to list.

Lumino Industries is scheduled to list on September 3, while Priority Jewels and ESDS Software Solution are set to make their stock-market debut on September 4.
