RAW Capital Partners joins L&G’s Ignite platform
RAW Capital Partners’ specialist lending products are now available through L&G’s Ignite mortgage sourcing platform.
The integration allows brokers using Ignite to assess clients against RAW Capital Partners’ lending criteria for its buy-to-let (BTL) mortgages. Product information will be updated automatically on the platform, giving brokers seamless access to RAW Capital Partners’ latest offerings.
Guernsey-based RAW Capital Partners has 10 years of experience providing bespoke mortgages to foreign nationals, UK expats and Channel Islanders investing in UK BTL property. In December 2025, it expanded its offering so it could lend to UK residents, before launching bridging products for BTL investors in July this year.
Earlier this year, RAW Capital Partners joined L&G’s Mortgage Club lender panel, giving club members to access its bespoke loans.
