BMO reshuffles broker leadership with key internal promotion

A career built on broker partnerships
Oliveira has spent more than two decades at BMO, building a track record across retail banking, broker strategy, and talent development.
She played a pivotal role in the launch and establishment of BrokerEdge across Ontario and Atlantic Canada, work that helped define how one of Canada’s largest banks entered the mortgage broker channel and laid the groundwork for its national expansion into Western Canada.
Her approach to leadership earned recognition at the industry level. As detailed in Canadian Mortgage Professional‘s September 2025 feature on how BMO’s trailblazers shaped the broker channel, Oliveira described her core philosophy simply: “I approach every role with purpose, seizing opportunities to grow and lead.”
