500% Return In 2 Years: Shares of Hyderabad-headquartered Spice Lounge Food Works Limited hit upper circuit after rallying nearly 9.9% after the announcement of a fresh business update. The company has secured an extra order worth Rs 21 crore from Xora World.
Spice Lounge Food Works stock closed 9.96% lower at Rs 27.96 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 1,946.37 crore on Wednesday. The stock had touched an intraday high of Rs 27.92 per share and an intraday low mark of Rs 25.00 per share.

Spice Lounge Food Works Business Update
Spice Lounge Food Works is planning to expand its presence in the live entertainment and events space, including the anticipated revenue potential of Rs 21 crores from the upcoming portfolio. As per the company press release, “Spice Lounge Food Works Limited has secured a noteworthyorder/contract fromXora Worldfor live events and entertainment- related activities, with an aggregate order value exceeding Rs 21 crore.”
Earlier, the firm had announced that its board of directors will meet on Friday, August 14 to consider and approve the financial results for the June quarter of financial year 2026-27. Before its entry in the live entertainment service space, the firm had announced the launch of WingZone in Koramangala and in Anjanapura.
The firm had reported a net profit of Rs 2 lakh in the March quarter of financial year 2026-27 and its net revenue stood at Rs 1 crore in the quarter ended on March 30. Its OPM stood at 10% in Q4FY26.
Spice Lounge Food Works Share Price Trend
The stock touched its 52-week high mark of Rs 72.20 per share on November 24, 2025. The stock dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 16.21 per share on May 20, 2025. Its return on equity (ROE) stood at Rs 0.26%. The stock has delivered close to 39% return in three months and around 500% return in two years.
