CFOs On the Move: Week ending Oct. 30

Jerome Rouquet | Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company

Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company named Jerome Rouquet as its new chief financial officer, effective Dec. 1. Rouquet joins Goodyear from Visteon Corp., a global automotive technology company, where he has been CFO since February 2020. Before that, he held senior finance leadership roles at Tenneco and Federal-Mogul, including serving as Federal-Mogul’s finance chief, chief accounting officer and controller. Rouquet replaces Scott Deakin, who has been interim CFO since July. Deakin took over for Christina Zamarro, who left to become finance chief of DePuy Synthes, an orthopaedic technologies and solutions firm currently owned by Johnson & Johnson.

Meghan Montana | Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings named chief strategy officer Meghan Montana chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1, 2027.  Montana joined the cruise operator in January from American Airlines, where she was most recently senior vice president of finance and corporate development. She earlier held senior banking roles at Standard Chartered, Deutsche Bank and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Montana succeeds Mark Kempa, who has worked at Norwegian for the last 25 years, including eight years as CFO. Kempa will work in an advisory capacity through June 2027.

Lanny Baker | Etsy

Lanny Baker is stepping down as chief financial officer of Etsy, an online marketplace for handmade and vintage items. Baker, who has been CFO since January 2025, will leave the company on March 1, 2027. He will continue as an adviser through July 1. Etsy is currently searching for his successor, who is expected to be based in New York. Baker earlier held chief financial officer roles at Eventbrite, Yelp, ZipRealty and Monster Worldwide. 

Daniel Gittsovich | Sierra Space

Sierra Space hired Daniel Gittsovich as chief financial officer. Gittsovich joins the spacecraft maker from L3Harris Technologies, where he most recently was vice president and CFO of its missile solutions business. Before that, he held several leadership roles at 3M over five years, including vice president and head of corporate strategy. Earlier in his career, he held investment banking positions at Deutsche Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Bentley Associates. Gittsovich replaces Jeff Schrader, who left just months after stepping into the role. 

Jamere Jackson | FedEx

FedEx appointed Jamere Jackson as its new CFO, effective Nov. 30. Jackson most recently led finance and store development at auto parts retailer AutoZone, where he has been chief financial officer since January 2021. Before joining AutoZone, Jackson was executive vice president and CFO of car rental company Hertz Global Holdings and finance chief of Nielsen Holdings, a media audience measurement and data analytics firm. Jackson replaces Claude Russ, who has been interim CFO since June 1.

Mark Young | MasterBrand

Mark Young was named vice president and interim chief financial officer of MasterBrand, a residential cabinet manufacturer. Young has been vice president and chief accounting officer since joining MasterBrand in 2022. Young earlier held accounting leadership roles at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company, where he led the global accounting function and SEC reporting. He replaces Andrea Simon, who has been CFO since 2020. Simon will stay with the company in an advisory capacity through March 31, 2027. MasterBrand has started its search process for a permanent CFO. 

Dan Fletcher | Barracuda

Barracuda hired Dan Fletcher as the cybersecurity company’s chief financial officer. Fletcher joins Barracuda from Planful, a cloud-based financial performance management software firm, where he has been CFO since 2022. Earlier roles include operating principal at Vector Capital and chief financial officer of MarkLogic. Barracuda’s former CFO, Joe Billante, left the company in July to become finance chief of subprime auto lender Credit Acceptance.
