TIOmarkets Expands ETF Offering with 25 New Funds
TIOmarkets has added 25 exchange-traded funds (ETFs) to its platform, expanding the range of investment markets available to clients through a single account.
The additions include funds from Vanguard, iShares, SPDR, Invesco and ProShares. They cover major US equity benchmarks, developed and emerging markets, growth and value stocks, government and corporate bonds, and gold and silver.
Among some of the new instruments are the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY), Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VOO) and Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF (VTI). The range also includes the Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ), which tracks the Nasdaq 100, and the Vanguard Information Technology ETF (VGT), which focuses on US technology companies.
International equity additions include the Vanguard FTSE Developed Markets ETF (VEA) and iShares Core MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (IEMG). Bond funds include the Vanguard Total Bond Market ETF (BND), iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (TLT) and iShares iBoxx $ High Yield Corporate Bond ETF (HYG). The SPDR Gold Shares (GLD) and iShares Silver Trust (SLV) provide exposure to precious metals.
The selection also includes ProShares UltraPro QQQ (TQQQ), a leveraged ETF seeking three times the daily performance of the Nasdaq 100. Its returns over longer periods can differ significantly from three times the index’s return, and leverage magnifies both gains and losses.
