Profit grew faster than revenue. Operating expenses rose 24.0% to ¥48,270m, which left operating income up 65.1%. Basic earnings per share were ¥55.95 against ¥33.46, before the share split.
Revenue rose ¥41,680m in total. Trading services added ¥19,103m and clearing services ¥18,340m, which JPX attributes to a lively Japanese stock market. Average daily trading value reached ¥11.90tn against ¥6.28tn, up 89.5%, and cash equities transaction fees rose 74.3% to ¥42,210m.

JPX will pay an interim dividend of ¥41 per share, against ¥25, from 1 December 2026. It left its full-year forecast to 31 March 2027 unchanged, with operating revenue of ¥252,500m and net income attributable to owners of ¥105,000m.

On 10 November 2026 JPX will cancel 9,486,700 treasury shares, the shares a company holds itself, equal to 0.92% of issued shares. Issued shares after the cancellation will be 1,022,298,636. The year-end dividend will be paid on pre-split shares.
