Hello, everybody. Just for this meeting, I haven’t prepared a presentation. I thought that I’d run through a bit of my background and essentially what I’ve been doing in the last 7 weeks since I’ve been here. Nick is joining me today. And between us, we should be able to answer most of your questions. So I’ll only go for 5, 10 minutes of most, and then we’ll open it up for questions.
So I think in a broad sense, I’ve been here 7 weeks. It — my experience, I suppose, has set me up pretty well for this. I started in Kambalda 35 years ago as an airleg miner. I’ve worked in gold, nickel, coal, been across iron ore and copper for a number of years through BHP largely. A lot of what I see here, the technical challenges, the processes are very similar to my experience, and I feel very comfortable in the role here.
