PlannerPal integrates with Twenty7tec Advice to intro AI tech

PlannerPal, the artificial intelligence (AI) workflow platform for financial advisers, has partnered with Twenty7tec to make its technology available to advisers using the Advice CRM.

PlannerPal recently launched to the mortgage market and its platform automates tasks such as meeting notes and documents.

The partnership with Twenty7tec will allow users of the Advice CRM to use PlannerPal within the system to capture in-person and virtual client meetings and turn them into notes, as well as produce letters and reports using their firm’s templates.

The documents can then be uploaded to Advice at an adviser, client or enquiry level.

Mortgage broker Charles Cameron and Associates was one of the first mortgage firms to adopt PlannerPal to improve the quality of its advice.

Graham Masterton, managing director of the firm, said more than 90% of its advisers were using and engaging with the technology after three weeks.

He said a benefit of the technology was it reflected how advisers naturally advised, so consistent documentation could be collected to give advisers time to engage with clients.

Mark Whitcroft, CEO and co-founder of PlannerPal, said: “Mortgage advice depends on the quality of the conversation. Bringing PlannerPal into Advice means advisers can use it where they already work, so every client gets a consistent, well-documented conversation and advisers get their time back for clients.”

Nathan Reilly, chief customer officer at Twenty7tec, added: “The mortgage market is under growing pressure to prove consistency and suitability at scale. Working with PlannerPal gives Advice users AI that supports the advice conversation itself, not just the paperwork after it.”
