The deal strengthens the WilliamsMarston office of the CFO and controller services, and expands its AI-driven ERP capabilities. Charted will continue to operate independently providing accounts payable software, but the two companies will partner on shared clients.

“As companies navigate increasingly complex environments for technology-enabled finance, they need a partner who brings a business-first perspective to address their data, technology, and security needs as well as appropriate AI-enablement,” WilliamsMarston CEO Sanjay Ramaswamy said in a statement Wednesday. “We’re excited to welcome the NetSuite Services team to WilliamsMarston, whose deep expertise and people-focused approach will strengthen our ability to help clients connect their finance strategy, systems and operations from implementation through ongoing support and transformation.”

WilliamsMarston is an accounting, tax and valuation advisory firm based in Boston with 350 employees. It services pre-IPO, public and private equity-backed companies.

“Our clients need more than an ERP implementation; they need a partner who can provide the expertise and ongoing support to help their systems keep pace as their businesses change,” Scott Grillo, managing director of NetSuite Services at WilliamsMarston, said in a statement. “Joining WilliamsMarston gives us the opportunity to combine our NetSuite experience with the firm’s extensive capabilities, creating new ways to support both our existing clients and companies we haven’t yet had the opportunity to serve. Together, we can help clients address a wider range of needs, from FP&A and transaction advisory to tax and AI-enabled ERP strategy, while continuing to deliver the responsiveness and service they value.”
