Air upgrades WriteRoute to lighten advisers’ admin burden
Air has upgraded its WriteRoute proposition, introducing new compliance, audit trail and workflow tools.
The enhanced proposition aims to reduce administration, improve oversight and deliver a smoother advice journey for customers.
Developed in response to adviser and firm feedback, the latest version of WriteRoute includes a refreshed user experience, expanded offline capabilities, enhanced suitability report controls and stronger compliance functionality.
A new History and Undo feature gives advisers more visibility of amendments they have made during the fact find process.
Air has also introduced a Compliance Export tool, which creates a read-only record of the client journey to support file checking, evidencing and compliance oversight.
The suitability report process has been strengthened with validation checks that identify missing mandatory information before reports can be generated.

The platform also allows advisers to upload their own signatures and enables firms to apply company branding to relevant client-facing documentation.
Furthermore, offline functionality has also been expanded, allowing users to continue working on client cases without an internet connection.

Hale said the upgrades form part of Air’s wider investment in adviser technology and follow the firm’s recent focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and connected adviser journeys.
