Exclusive: Crystal appoints Benjamin as MD of Crystal Network and Club
Jane Benjamin has been appointed by Crystal Specialist Finance as the managing director of Crystal Network and Club, as it commits to helping advisers grow their businesses.
Benjamin will lead the development of a proposition focused on specialist buy-to-let (BTL), bridging and commercial finance, combining Crystal’s expertise, lender relationships and case support to help advisers serve more clients with complex borrowing needs.
She will be responsible for shaping the network and club offering, building on lender partnerships and establishing a proposition for directly authorised advisers.
Jo Breeden, group CEO of Crystal Specialist Finance, said her appointment was an “important step” in its growth ambitions.
He added: “We see a significant opportunity to help more advisers build their confidence and capability in specialist finance, supported by a proposition that delivers clear, practical value.

The Crystal Network and Club will build on Crystal Specialist Finance’s existing specialist distribution business, with a view to help advisers identify suitable lending routes and support for clients.
Crystal Specialist Finance said it would announce more details on the proposition as it progresses.
