Indivisible Partners Adds $1.1B Baltimore Team From RBC

Indivisible Partners, a Clearwater, Fla.-based advisor-owned growth partnership led by former Merrill Lynch wealth head John Thiel, has added a Baltimore-based team of six professionals from RBC Wealth Management.

Rosenwald Private Wealth is the latest to join Thiel’s firm, bringing $1.1 billion in client assets and a high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele. The firm was founded by Beth Rosenwald, who was with RBC for the last 18 years.

Rosenwald is joined by fellow founding partner Matthew Kunkel, Leksi Kovalerchik, private wealth advisor and partner; Brennan Dunn, senior wealth planning strategist; Andrew Conn, wealth planning strategist; and Seth Jones, senior client service associate.

“As we evaluated the future of our business, we wanted a model that allowed us to own what we’ve built while expanding what would be possible for our clients,” Rosenwald said in a statement. “Indivisible offered the combination of independence, flexibility and active support that was the best fit for how we want to continue to serve our clients and grow the business in the years ahead.”

Thiel has described his RIA as an accelerator for top advisors looking to grow their business. Advisors who join can access family office services, a technology platform with curated options and operational support. They own 100% of their practice and can also own equity in Indivisible.

Indivisible has added six advisory teams with more than $3 billion in assets in recent months. This follows the addition of FMB Wealth Management, a Westlake Village, Calif.-based wealth advisory firm with $800 million in assets, in July.

“Exceptional advisory practices want the freedom to shape their futures without compromise,” Thiel said in a statement. “We believe that trend will continue as more advisors evaluate what ownership means for their firms. With us, they can find the deep and wide set of innovative solutions that they’ve never been able to offer.”
