Whitman Advisory launched a system that helps firms grow by giving them a 12-month roadmap and a strategic advisor.

The service model, called Whitman360 Strategic Growth Partnership, supports firms across firm-wide strategy, leadership development, advisory, talent and capacity, operational effectiveness, technology and AI, M&A, and succession and governance.
“Our role is not to replace leadership, but to strengthen it,” David Kells, strategic practice management leader at Whitman Advisory, said in a statement. “Whitman360 helps CPA firm leaders build for the future by addressing tight capacity, evolving client expectations and rapid technological change. We work alongside leadership teams to clarify where they want to be by the end of year one and build a practical, aligned path to get there.”
Firms can subscribe to one of three tiers. Core (Focus & Foundation) pairs firms with an advisor for strategic planning, staffing and focused growth initiatives. Growth (Accelerate & Scale) adds an advisory team for talent operations, improving profit and developing leaders. Finally, Enterprise (Firm-wide Transformation) includes an executive team for complex strategy, workforce transformation and M&A.
