Inspired Lending partners with Knowledge Bank
Inspired Lending has added its full lending criteria to Knowledge Bank, improving broker access to its propositions.
Its criteria are now available through Knowledge Bank’s mortgage criteria research platform, which allows brokers to search and compare lender criteria across the market.
Inspired Lending provides unregulated bridging, refurbishment finance and revolving credit facilities across England, Wales and Scotland, with loans from £250,000 to £5m for residential, semi-commercial and commercial property transactions.
Owen Bentley, sales director at Inspired Lending, said: “When a broker has a live case, they need to know quickly which lenders are worth speaking to. Being on Knowledge Bank means they can get a clear view of our appetite alongside the other lenders they are considering, which should make that process quicker and more straightforward.”
He emphasised that availability on the platform does not negate the need for direct phone calls.
“There will always be transactions where one detail changes how we view the deal, so we still want brokers to speak to us and give us the chance to understand what they are trying to achieve,” he said.

Bentley continued: “Knowledge Bank puts our proposition in front of brokers at the point they are making that decision, and they know there is a team at the other end of the phone ready to discuss the case with them.”
Julie Bourne, criteria and partnerships manager at Knowledge Bank, added: “We are very pleased to welcome Inspired Lending to Knowledge Bank. Our aim is to give brokers accurate information that helps them narrow down their options and spend more of their time speaking to lenders that could support their client’s case.
“Inspired Lending brings an established bridging and refurbishment proposition to the platform, backed by a team that is willing to look at the detail of a transaction. We’re pleased to be working with Owen and the team and to make that proposition available to Knowledge Bank users.”
