At FP Markets, Stoilov
focused on the customer journey, including client communications, lead
management and conversion rates. His responsibilities also included monitoring
performance, gathering client feedback and introducing technology to improve
customer support.
Before that, he served
as Head of Customer Support for one year and two months. He oversaw global
support operations across multiple channels, focusing on service quality,

Stoilov began his
tenure at FP Markets as a Customer Service Representative, a position he held

will oversee operational strategy, customer experience and partner relations.
Acuity Trading Adds
Bullwaves Retail Brand
Bullwaves first
partnered with Acuity Trading in June, when
the provider added Bullwaves Prime, the group’s proprietary trading arm, to
its client list. The July agreement extended the relationship to Bullwaves’
retail brand. Paolo Vullo, the group’s operations chief, represented Bullwaves
in both announcements.
