- Banking infrastructure provider Increase said it will use services from Spade to enable real-time merchant data for card transactions to appear on statements provided to consumers. FIS Inc. also said it would use Spade to provide clearer debit card descriptors.
- PAR Technology Corp. updated Bridg, its identity resolution and shopper intelligence platform, with a rebuilt proprietary identity graph, better matching capabilities, and a data foundation for PAR Intelligence, its agentic intelligence service. PARTech acquired Bridg in March.
- Manufacturer and distributor TD Synnex announced it will acquire BlueStar, specialty distributor for access controls, printer supplies, and point-of-sale systems and suppliers.

- Noah, a developer of stablecoin-payments technology, closed on a $38-million seed funding round, which includes a seed-extension raise of $16 million coming from existing and new investors. Investors include LocalGlobe for the initial seed round, followed by Endeit Capital, Felix Capital, and FJ Labs.
