Mortgage Brain integrates CRM Brain with LMS Select
Mortgage Brain has embedded LMS Select directly within its CRM Brain platform, enabling brokers to quote, instruct and track conveyancing as part of their usual workflow.
The integration means users will not need to log in to a separate portal or rekey client data to view the progress of a case.
This integration follows the two firms first partnering in March 2023, when Mortgage Brain users gained access to the conveyancing quote platform, LMS Select. The platform is now available within CRM Brain bringing the features into a broker’s case management.
Quotes can be returned in 30 seconds and compared before instructing, and once a broker has reviewed a quote and shared it with their client, notes from the conveyancer can be added. A broker can also confirm that a client has received the quote and send the instruction straight to LMS within one platform.
The function covers purchase, remortgage, sale and combined sale and purchase transactions.
