Rightmove launches podcast series for estate agents

Rightmove has partnered with property industry commentator Silvia Eldawi to launch a podcast series aimed at estate agents across the UK.

The podcast, titled Golden Nuggets: Movers & Shakers, premiered on 5th October 2026 and features 40 episodes with 10 agency leaders. Topics covered include winning instructions, sales progression, technology, artificial intelligence and customer experience.

Industry participation

Featured guests represent markets across London, the South West, Wales, Yorkshire and the East of England. Participants include Alex Ishmael, Founder and Director of Proceed Property in Bristol and South Wales, Ben Madden, Director at Fine & Country in west London, and Malcolm Prescott, Managing Director of Webbers in the South West.

The series addresses operational challenges facing estate agents, with discussions on business growth strategies and supporting movers in local communities. Rightmove plans to repurpose selected content from the podcast across its consumer-facing channels, including video clips, moving guides and email communications.

Format and accessibility

Christian Balshen, Director of Agent Partnerships at Rightmove, said: “We know time is one of the biggest challenges for busy agents, which is why podcasting is such a powerful format. Whether driving to a valuation, between appointments or walking the dog, our partners can listen on the go and pick up practical ideas from people who have faced the same challenges and opportunities.”

The podcast initiative comes as the property industry continues to adapt to technological change and evolving customer expectations. While agents face ongoing market pressures, including regulatory challenges in the rental sector and increased administrative costs, knowledge-sharing platforms have become increasingly important for professional development.

Eldawi, who has over two decades of experience in property, said: “Golden Nuggets is about getting those people talking; what worked, what didn’t, what they’d do differently, and the lessons that are often gatekept.”

The podcast is available on YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts, with new episodes released every weekday throughout October and November.
