The MCAN Award for Woman of Distinction — one of the programme’s most prominent individual honours — has drawn a shortlist that includes Frances Hinojosa of Tribe, Sabeena Bubber of Xeva Mortgage, Tracy Valko of A.I.M.I Collective Mortgage Group, and Tricia McIntosh of The Mortgage House Inc., among others.
In private lending, the Canadian Mortgages Inc. Award for Broker of the Year – Private Lending recognises Geoff Lee of GLM Mortgage Group, Lev Keselman of Peak Mortgage Company, and Sarah Albert of Premiere Sarah Squared, alongside several others.
The Equitable Bank Award for Broker of the Year – Reverse Mortgages shortlists Parminder Bhatti of AKAL Mortgages Inc., Rich Ulvild of Xeva Mortgage, and Yamini Mehta of 8Twelve Mortgage Corp.
The Grechi Carter Professional Corporation Award for Broker of the Year – Commercial names Ahmed Hatata of Green Mortgage Solutions Inc., Alexander Durand of Mcommercial, and Jean Luc Dion of Multi-Prêts commercial, among others.
