Denim and womenswear company Pistola Denim has signed a 17,922-square-foot office lease at Atlas Capital Group’s ROW DTLA, adding another fashion company to the nearly 2 million-square-foot Downtown Los Angeles complex.

Grace Na founded Pistola in 2013. The L.A.-based brand will move its creative team from warehouse and distribution space in Vernon. The terms of the lease were not disclosed.

Karen Yi, ROW DTLA’s director of marketing and events, said Pistola joins other fashion brands at the property, which benefits from its proximity to L.A.’s Fashion District. Other office tenants include Adidas, Wilson, Revolve, Fashionphile, HOK, Day One Agency and MidFirst Bank.

“Pistola has always been driven by creativity and collaboration, and we wanted a space that could really support that,” Na said in a statement.

ROW DTLA spans 32 acres on the edge of the Arts District and includes more than 35 retailers, restaurants, wellness operators and event spaces. It was originally built in the 1920s around the former Los Angeles Terminal Market. But the seven former industrial buildings at the complex were redeveloped and reopened in 2017.
