Soccer Star Thierry Henry Lists Soho Penthouse for $25M
More than a decade after relocating to London, soccer legend Thierry Henry and his partner are ready to kick their Soho penthouse apartment to another owner.
Henry and Andrea Rajacic listed their unit at 39 Crosby Street for $25 million, the Wall Street Journal reported. They purchased the unit and the one below the penthouse in 2010 for $14.85 million ahead of Henry’s move to Major League Soccer’s New York Red Bulls.
The couple combined the two units, creating a 6,000-square-foot pad; the listing breaks down to $4,167 per square foot. They also added a pergola, barbecue area and outdoor eating and lounging area on their private rooftop, renovating the apartment multiple times over the years.
They haven’t lived in the apartment full-time since Henry retired from playing the sport back in 2014. They briefly listed it early last year for $26.75 million, only to pull it off the market. Now could prove to be a more important time to part ways with it as the pied-à-terre tax comes into effect in New York City.

Henry, a 49-year-old Frenchman, is often regarded as one of the greatest soccer players in recent history, playing for clubs such as FC Barcelona, Monaco and Arsenal before ending his playing career stateside. He won the World Cup as a player in 1998 and guided his country to a silver medal at the 2024 Summer Olympics. He’s had a successful media career in the sport since retiring as a player.
The cobblestone-lined streets of Soho are home to a few of Manhattan’s most pricey pads. Last month, there was a sale on Crosby Street for another penthouse, which saw the buyer pay $28.25 million. The record residential sale in the neighborhood, however, belongs to a $50 million sale that took place in 2023.
