RAW Capital Partners joins L&G Ignite
RAW Capital Partners has joined Legal & General’s (L&G’s) Ignite sourcing platform, making its specialist lending mortgages available to advisers.
The integration allows brokers using Ignite to assess clients against RAW Capital Partners’ lending criteria for its buy-to-let (BTL) mortgages.
Product information is updated automatically on the platform, giving brokers immediate access to the lender’s latest deals.
The Guernsey-based lender has 10 years of experience providing bespoke mortgages to foreign nationals, UK expats and Channel Islanders investing in UK BTL property. In December 2025, it expanded its offering so it could lend to UK residents, before launching bridging products for BTL investors in July this year.
