Just Mortgages hires McLaren to support Midlands advisers
Just Mortgages has bolstered its self-employed management team by hiring an area director for the Midlands.
Based in Leicestershire, Gina McLaren will support the development and growth of self-employed advisers’ businesses.
Among her responsibilities, McLaren will direct advisers to in-house training programmes, marketing and recruitment support, as well as focusing on expanding her region and division by recruiting new advisers.
McLaren began her career at Countrywide, spending nearly eight years at the company working as an adviser. She later joined Connells in 2014, reuniting with her former colleagues following the acquisition of Countrywide in 2021. After joining the firm as an adviser, McLaren went on to become an area manager.
Ben Allkins, head of mortgages and protection at Just Mortgages, adds: “I have known Gina for a number of years and I know she will be a tremendous addition to our self-employed management team. Not only does she have plenty of experience for advisers to draw on, but she also has a clear passion for development and working side by side with advisers to help them achieve success – however they define that.”
