AI Companies Sign Full-Floor Leases at Repositioned Flatiron District Building
Cushman & Wakefield arranged two full-floor office leases totaling 16,734 square feet at 61 W. 23rd St. in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, bringing the recently repositioned property to full occupancy. AI companies Normal Computing and Inspiren have each leased an entire floor at the building. Normal Computing’s space will become its new headquarters in New York City.
Connor Daugstrup of Cushman & Wakefield represented ownership in both transactions. Normal Computing was represented by Gabe Marans and Maxine Rosen of Savills. Inspiren was represented by Adam Spector and Ally Krieger of Newmark. Ownership was also advised by George Tsapelas from Taconic Development Advisors.
