Firms can also build their own automations, including mortgage deal-end reminders and follow-up tasks, and create reports by asking questions in plain English.

Karl Griffin, CEO and co-founder of JammJar, said: “Most of the new features in this update come directly from broker feedback. Our customers are pushing us hard, and that’s exactly what we want. They’re showing us where the technology can do more, where things still take too long and how they want JammJar to work for their business.

“We’ve taken that feedback and put more power in their hands. The AI does more of the work, but advisers can see where the information has come from and decide what gets written to the case. And where we were previously the bottleneck, firms can now build their own automations and reports without waiting for us.”

Griffin said: “We’ve always wanted JammJar to be one place where brokers can get their work done. These updates bring more of that together, helping advisers move through cases faster, stay in control and deliver a fantastic customer experience.”
