Aspen appoints four to graduate scheme
Aspen has appointed four new alumni to its Graduate Recruitment Scheme (GRS).
With what it describes as “aggressive” growth targets, the lender is continuing to strengthen its team.
Cameron Ritchie has joined the business as an underwriter, with additional responsibility for data quality.
Sofia Dantas has joined as Aspen’s first dedicated marketing recruit, where she will work to formalise and develop the company’s marketing activities.
Daniel Moore and Harvir Singh have both joined as trainee credit analysts.
All four will acquire Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accreditations in residential and commercial valuation methodology.

Aspen’s GRS intake now totals to 26. Many have progressed to hold influential leadership positions, including the lender’s own Saif Khalique, who was recently promoted to director of underwriting.
