PU Prime Launches Australian Operations Under ASIC Licence | LeapRate
PU Prime, a global multi-licensed online brokerage, has officially launched its operations in Australia through a locally regulated entity, PU Prime Trading Pty Ltd.
The company confirmed the entity is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and holds Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) No. 410681.
According to the announcement, PU Prime invested in local infrastructure and resources following the granting of its ASIC licence, including establishing local operations, building a dedicated customer support team, and putting in place systems designed to align with Australian regulatory requirements.
The company said the move reflects its intention to offer a compliant and consistent trading experience for clients in the region.
Cristian Moreno, Director at PU Prime, commented on the launch, stating that it marks the beginning of the company’s long-term commitment to the Australian market. He added that PU Prime intends to meet its obligations under the ASIC regulatory framework and to provide transparent, regulated services to Australian clients going forward.
With the entity now operational, Australian clients are able to onboard directly through PU Prime’s ASIC-regulated arm. The company describes the launch as part of a broader strategy to expand its global regulatory footprint while offering wider access to its trading products and services.
PU Prime operates under multiple licences internationally and has positioned the Australian launch as a step in its continued international growth plans.
