FORCE Rally Highlights Strategies for Navigating a Shifting Market
The FORCE Rally Tuesday at the Five Star Conference helped real estate professionals know what to excel in a changing market.
The market is shifting, volume is increasing in some regions, and areas of opportunity are emerging. Real estate professionals need to know what to expect and how to prepare. The FORCE Rally provided relevant content, top-tier speakers, and exclusive insights so you can evolve your business to the next level.
The event was for FORCE Members and Invited Asset Managers only.
Five Star Executive Director of Membership Gina Gallutia kicked off the FORCE Rally and gave an overview of the topics to be covered throughout the morning.
In the session titled “Foundations that Endure,” attendees heard about how successful brokers know that growth comes from more than market timing. It comes from having the right vision, discipline, and ability to adapt.
A strong panel of experts hosted the session, including Eric Delgado, Director | MCM Capital; Sherri Saad, Broker/Owner of REMAX Leading Edge; Jim Hastings, President | Hastings Brokerage, Ltd.; Todd Yovino, Founder/Broker | Island Advantage Realty
Client Databases
Next was “The Overlooked Opportunities” session.
A real estate professional’s client database needs to evolve with the market because many opportunities come via unexpected sources such as attorneys and judges. Major investors are the new “asset manager.” Attendees discovered what new roles they can assume through their REO expertise, whether it’s probate, receiver, or consiglieri to investors.
The session was hosted by Norris Bishop, Broker | Norris Bishop Realty; Gay-Lynn Chavez, COO | Chavez & Associates; Susanna Boyer, Managing Broker | Pure Realty; Elsie Gomez, Asset Manager and Asset Acquisitions Manager | Pemco; Louis Chavez, CEO | Chavez & Associates

In the Fireside Chat, Tiffany Fletcher, Chief Operating Officer of VRM, explored the evolving landscape of the default servicing industry. In the candid 25-minute conversation, Fletcher shared her perspective on the market shifts shaping the year ahead, how VRM is adapting to meet changing demands, and the strategies driving the organization’s continued success. She discussed the meaningful impact her team—including its network of real estate agents and brokers—is making in neighborhoods across the country by helping stabilize communities, return properties to productive use, and support homeownership opportunities.
Joining Fletcher in the chat was Gina Gallutia, the Five Star Institute’s Executive Director of Membership.
“The Always Prepared” session focused on preparing for the market shift as it begins. The landscape is brand new, and you should bring your best practices for preparing for what’s coming. The table talks were designed for learning from each other’s strengths and tactics. They also allowed attendees to discover great referral opportunities through one another.
The hosts were: Sebastian Stofenmacher, Broker – Principal | Edgestone Real Estate; Rochellee Jones, Broker Owner | Aplomb Real Estate; Susanna Boyer, Managing Broker | Pure Realty; Jerry Mills, Asset Manager | Phoenix.
