Shares of Elitecon International surged nearly 1.5% to hit upper circuit during Tuesday’s intraday trading session. The recent rally in the consumer stock has come while the overall stock market sentiment remained cautious due to geopolitical uncertainty over renwed tensions in the West Asia.
Elitecon International share price was trading 1.6% higher at Rs 10.82 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 1,726.38 crore at 1:23 pm on Tuesday. The stock had touched an upper circuit of Rs 11.18 per share and an intraday low of Rs 10.12 per share.
The recent rally in the stock has come days after the company announced major leadership change in August. The company’s board had announced eight appointments as part of its eight key appointments as part of its ongoing Board, management and governance strengthening process.

Business Update
The company’s board of directors approved eight appointments related to its board and management. The changes “approved at the Board meeting held on August 14, 2026, all appointments are effective from the same date, with the appointments of the directors, including the Managing Director, subject to approval of the members within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.”
The new leadership structure includes three Additional Directors in the Non-Executive Independent category, including a woman independent director, an Executive director, and the appointment of Pradeep Kumar as Managing Director from his existing position as Additional Executive Director, and “the appointment of a Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel, designated as Compliance Officer, a Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, and a Secretarial Auditor,” stated the firm in its report.
Elitecon International Share Price Trend
The stock rallied to its upper circuit during Tuesday’s intraday trading session. Eitecon International share price touched 52-week high of Rs 311.60 per share on September 1, 2025. The stock had touched its 52-week low of Rs 10.12 per share on September 1, 2026. It has a return on equity (ROE) of 280.45%. Its share price value has declined 66% in three months and around 88% in six months.
