Outlook Therapeutics Appoints Kevin Lundquist As CFO Ahead Of U.S. LYTENAVA Launch; Stock Up

(RTTNews) – Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. (OTLK), a biopharmaceutical company that focuses on the treatment of retinal diseases, announced the appointment of Kevin Lundquist as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 1, 2026, succeeding Lawrence Kenyon.

Lawrence Kenyon will step down from the role and continue in a non-executive capacity through September 30, 2026.

Lundquist joins Outlook Therapeutics at a pivotal stage in the company’s evolution, following the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s approval of LYTENAVA and its planned U.S. commercial launch.

Lundquist most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of CapsoVision, Inc., a commercial-stage medical technology company.

Notably, Lundquist brings more than 20 years of corporate finance and capital markets experience across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, and manufacturing industries.

“FDA approval of LYTENAVA fundamentally changes the opportunity in front of Outlook Therapeutics, and Kevin is exactly the calibre of executive we need as we enter this next phase,” said Bob Jahr, Chief Executive Officer of Outlook Therapeutics.

LYTENAVA is an ophthalmic formulation of bevacizumab approved for the treatment of neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration (nAMD).

Outlook Therapeutics has commenced commercial launch of LYTENAVA (bevacizumab gamma) in Germany, Austria, and the UK as a treatment for wet AMD.
