Shares of Aastha Spintex Limited rallied nearly 10% during Thursday’s intraday trading session, as the textile stock continued to rally for the second consecutive session after the announcement of final dividend for financial year 2025-26.
Aastha Spintex share price was trading 9.91% higher at Rs 88.37 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 390.08 crore at 9:41 am on Thursday. The stock touched an intraday high of Rs 88.4 per share and an intraday low Rs 88.35 per share.

Aastha Spintex Dividend Record Date
The company’s board of directors had fixed Wednesday, September 9, as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for the payout. Investors must own the stock before the dividend record date to become eligible for the payout. The firm has fixed September 9 as record date “To determine shareholders for the purpose of payment of dividend as may be declared at ensuing Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) to be held on 16th September, 2026.”

The stock opened strangers during Thursday’s trading session as it rallied nearly 9.9%. Earlier, the textile stock had touched an upper circuit of Rs 84.2 per share during Wednesday’s intraday trading session. The stock has delivered around 20% return in one week and around 18.7% return in two weeks.
Aastha Spintex Dividend
The company’s board of directors had approved a final dividend for FY 26. The company’s proposed dividend will be paid after approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The board will also consider declaring a final dividend up to 100% on the face value of Rs 10 per share. “The Board will consider declaring a final dividend upto 100% on the face value of Rs. 10 per share- i.e., up to Rs. 10 per equity share. The board wants to return a portion of that success directly to shareholders from the company reserved and surplus fund,” noted the company in its press release.If the dividend is declared, it will be subject to the availability of distributable profits under Section 123 of the Companies Act, 2013, and compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
