MSSLA proud to support Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter – Mortgage Strategy
This year’s The Mortgage Strategy Specialist Lending Awards 2026, is proud to support the Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter (MIMHC) as our charity initiative for 2026, helping shine a light on the importance of mental health and wellbeing across the mortgage industry.
The MIMHC is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company dedicated to improving mental health and wellbeing across the UK mortgage sector.
Bringing together lenders, distributors, networks, advisers and industry partners, MIMHC is working to create healthier and more supportive workplaces through collaboration, education and practical action.
Its work includes: mental health first aider training; annual industry research; fundraising initiatives and events; sharing best practice and practical tools and resources for organisations.
At the heart of MIMHC’s mission is a simple but important goal: to make mental wellbeing an everyday priority, reduce stigma and ensure people across our industry can access meaningful support.
