Prenetics Expands IM8 Global Reach With Lily Collins Partnership

(RTTNews) – Prenetics Global Limited (PRE), a consumer health company and parent of IM8, announced a multi-year global partnership with actress and producer Lily Collins, who will serve as an IM8 Global Ambassador and become a shareholder in Prenetics.

Collins will participate in IM8’s global marketing campaigns, brand content and product initiatives. She brings more than 33 million followers across social platforms and becomes IM8’s first ambassador from film and television, expanding the brand’s reach beyond its existing sports and wellness-focused partnerships.

Daily Ultimate Essentials And Business Momentum

IM8 Daily Ultimate Essentials is the brand’s flagship product, offering 90 science-backed ingredients in a single daily sachet designed to replace 16 supplements in one drink.

Since its December 2024 launch, IM8 has delivered more than 57 million servings and currently ships approximately 200,000 servings per day, with an order placed every 27 seconds.

The brand now ships to 46 countries, with 54% of revenue generated outside the U.S.

IM8 plans to expand its product portfolio, with IM8 Hydration scheduled to launch in the fourth quarter of 2026, followed by a premium gummies line in the first half of 2027.

Driven by strong IM8 growth, Prenetics raised its fiscal year 2026 revenue guidance to $220 million-$230 million, following a 480% increase in total revenue to $92.4 million in fiscal year 2025.

The company also initiated fiscal year 2027 revenue guidance of $400 million or more.

The company achieved positive consolidated Adjusted Free Cash Flow in July 2026 and expects to remain consolidated Adjusted Free Cash Flow positive for the full third quarter of 2026 and beyond.

Strategic Partnership

The partnership with Collins comes as Prenetics expands IM8 into global entertainment and culture. The company said Collins’ large and highly engaged audience provides an opportunity to strengthen IM8’s connection with female consumers.

Collins joins an equity-aligned roster that includes David Beckham, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Aryna Sabalenka, Ollie Bearman, Jay Shetty and Inter Miami CF.

The company said the collaboration, combined with IM8’s international growth, expanding product pipeline and improving cash flow, supports its strategy to build IM8 into a global consumer health and longevity brand.

PRE has traded between $7.18 and $23.63 over the past year. Currently, PRE is trading at $18.76.
