StreamBank strengthens lending division with appointments

The lender has welcomed Halimah Nawaz and Kellan Allison as sales coordinators, increasing the strength and capacity of its internal sales operations.

In their new roles, Nawaz and Allison will support brokers and StreamBank’s business development managers (BDMs), helping to manage cases and provide ongoing assistance throughout the lending journey.

Both will report to Robyn Noble, who has stepped into the role of internal sales team manager following her previous position as business development executive.

The latest changes form part of StreamBank’s continued investment in its people and service proposition, ensuring brokers have access to knowledgeable support from enquiry through to completion.

Noble said: “Both Halimah and Kellan bring great enthusiasm, a strong customer focus and a genuine passion for supporting our brokers. Their appointments represent an important step in our continued investment in service excellence and will enable us to provide even greater levels of support, responsiveness and consistency to our intermediary partners.”

Nawaz (pictured, right) added: “What has stood out to me since joining StreamBank is how much value is placed on communication. Brokers need to know where a case stands, what happens next and who they can speak to if they need help.

“Even small updates can make a real difference when time is tight, so I’m looking forward to being someone brokers can rely on to keep things moving and make the process as straightforward as possible.”

Allison (pictured, left) commented: “Every case has its own story and every broker has their own way of working, so taking the time to understand both is really important.

“Good service isn’t just about answering questions quickly. It’s about being proactive, solving problems early and making it easier for brokers to do business with us. That’s the approach I want to bring to the role.”
