Siebert deepens FusionIQ investment with 10-year wealth tech deal
The move builds on the initial partnership the companies announced in June 2025, which saw Siebert begin integrating FusionIQ’s technology into its digital offerings, including hybrid advice, self-directed investing and multi-custodian investment workflows.
Combining regulated infrastructure with fintech capabilities
The deal pairs Siebert’s regulated broker-dealer and advisory infrastructure (including its institutional distribution network, digital asset capabilities and public company platform) with FusionIQ’s cloud-native wealth platform, artificial intelligence tools, digital investing capabilities and financial planning technology.
“Technology investment is an important part of Siebert’s long-term growth strategy, and our work with FusionIQ is a strong example of that commitment,” said John J. Gebbia, CEO of Siebert Financial Corp. “By combining FusionIQ’s technology and operating capabilities with Siebert’s regulated infrastructure, distribution and public company platform, we can move faster across wealth management, brokerage and new financial infrastructure.”
The partnership will unfold in two phases, beginning with joint strategy and product design before moving into implementation and commercialization. Together, the companies intend to build an integrated platform for developing, launching and distributing next-generation wealth, brokerage and financial technology solutions.
“This partnership moves our relationship beyond a conventional vendor model,” said Eric Noll, chair and CEO of FusionIQ. “We are aligning capital, teams and governance around a shared roadmap designed to create measurable growth for both companies and stronger experiences for advisors, institutions and investors.”
