Colenko appoints Linnell as BDM for the North
Colenko has appointed Cameron Linnell as business development manager (BDM) for the North.
Linnell has joined Colenko with more than a decade of experience in real estate finance, spanning underwriting and sales.
Colenko said Linnell’s experience had equipped him with a strong understanding of specialist property finance transactions, from initial enquiry through to completion.
Linnell began his career at NatWest before moving into specialist finance. He has since held roles at Avamore Capital and, most recently, Albatross Lending Group, where he focused on the North of England.
In his new role, Linnell will work closely with brokers, introducers and property professionals throughout the North, facilitating access to Colenko’s bridging, refurbishment and development finance solutions.
