Osiris forays into Guernsey fiduciary market
Osiris Group has entered the Guernsey fiduciary market after securing fiduciary licences from the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.
The business, established in 1999, said Guernsey would serve as its Channel Islands centre for fiduciary and private wealth work, adding to its operations in Mauritius, the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands.

The move follows demand from clients and intermediaries for a presence in the Channel Islands and broadens its ability to handle cross-border matters for internationally mobile and ultra-high-net-worth families.
The new Guernsey operations, Osiris Management Guernsey and Osiris Trustees Guernsey, will deliver trustee services, trust administration, corporate administration, private client structuring, family office support, and directorship and governance services.
Dan Bisson has been named executive director. Based in Guernsey, he has previously worked in fiduciary roles at Nedbank International, RBC, Butterfield and Rothschild Trust.
Bisson said: “Guernsey has earned its reputation for governance and regulatory rigour, and those are the standards we intend to uphold from day one.
“Our focus is on disciplined client acceptance, robust oversight and delivering the long-term service that clients and intermediaries expect.”
Tim Walker, head of trust and administration at Osiris Corporate Solutions in Mauritius, and Jonny Gamble, a Guernsey-based financial services professional, have also been appointed executive directors.
