Max Financial Services Share Price Today: The share of Max Financial Services Limited opened strong during Friday’s intraday trading session after the life insurance provider reported upbeat performance in the June quarter of financial year 2026-27. Favourable product mix and cost efficiencies helped the company outperform expectations in Q1FY27.
Max Financial Services’ share price was trading 1.26% higher at Rs 1529.2 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 52,768.05 crore at 10 am. The stock touched an intraday high of Rs 1,574.80 per share and an intraday low of Rs 1,511.25.

Max Financial Services Q1 Result Review
Max Financial Services maintained a better-than-expected APE growth trajectory driven by strong traction in the protection and annuity segments, new product launches in the non-linked segments and robust VNB margin expansion.
The proprietary channel continued to drive growth across offline and online channels, while the bancassurance channel posted strong growth in non-Axis partnerships and growth improvement in the Axis Bank channel, highlighted Motilal Oswal in its report.
Max Financial Services Share Price Recommendation
The brokerage maintained a ‘Buy’ recommendation with a target price of Rs 1,860 per share. “We raise our VNB margin estimates by 50bp/100bp for FY27/28 considering the strong performance in 1QFY27 and expect APE to sustain the ~16% growth trajectory. We reiterate our BUY rating on the stock with a TP of INR1,860, premised on 2x FY28E EV,” stated the brokerage in its report.
Max Financial Services Q1 Result Review
Max Financial Services reported a 37% annual jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 96 crore. The company’s total income surged by 16.8% to Rs 14,977 crore. Its total income increased on a consolidated basis to Rs 14,977 crore during the June quarter of FY27 as against Rs 12,825 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago, Max Financial Services said in a regulatory filing. Total expenses also surged to Rs 14,839 crore against Rs 12,723 crore in Q1FY26. The company’s new business growth stood at 17% to Rs 1,810 crore.
