How to Claim Kerala Lottery Prize Money
Kerala Lottery prize winners should follow the official claim procedure based on the prize amount. Winners of prize amounts below Rs. 5,000 can claim the prize from any authorised lottery shop in Kerala.
Winners of prize amounts above Rs. 5000 must submit the original winning ticket along with valid identity proof at a designated bank or Government Lottery Office for verification and payment.
The winning ticket should be kept safely until the verification process is completed.
Kerala Lottery Tax Deduction
Before the prize amount is disbursed, the following deductions are applicable. The Income Tax is 30% of the prize amount, and agent Commission is 10%. The remaining amount will be paid to the winner after applicable deductions as per government rules.
