ATTOM’s Aaron Wagner HousingWire 2026 Marketing Insider
Wagner honored among 85 operational leaders helping shape the future of the housing industry.
IRVINE, Calif. – August 8, 2025 – ATTOM, the leading provider of property data, AI-powered intelligence, and real estate analytics solutions, is pleased to announce that Aaron Wagner, Head of Data Science, has been named a recipient of the annual HousingWire Marketing Insiders award. This award honors the professionals whose behind-the-scenes contributions fuel innovation, strengthen organizations and deliver meaningful business results.
This year’s honorees represent every corner of the housing ecosystem, including mortgage lending and servicing, real estate, technology, and finance. While they may not always be the public face of their organizations, these leaders are trusted problem-solvers, strategic operators and collaborative partners who turn ambitious goals into measurable outcomes.
“I’m honored to be recognized by HousingWire and grateful to work alongside a team that is constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with property data and AI,” said Aaron Wagner, Head of Data Science at ATTOM. “The most rewarding part of my role is helping turn complex data science into practical solutions that deliver real value for our customers. As the real estate industry continues to evolve, I’m excited about the opportunities ahead to create smarter, more accessible insights that help organizations innovate with property data.”
Aaron Wagner, Head of Data Science, has helped transform ATTOM’s AI and analytics capabilities through innovations that strengthen the company’s competitive position and create new growth opportunities. In just over a year at ATTOM, he architected and led the development of the company’s next-generation AI-powered Automated Valuation Model (AVM), a complete reimagining of property valuation technology that leverages more than 30 years of transaction history and advanced machine learning to value over 98 million residential properties nationwide. Under his leadership, the model achieved a 2.9% median absolute percentage error, with more than 80% of valuations falling within 10% of actual sale prices, providing clients with more accurate insights for underwriting, portfolio analysis, investment decisions, and risk management.
Wagner also spearheaded the creation of ResiScore, an innovative neighborhood intelligence solution that ranks residential census tracts within their metro areas based on projected two-year home price appreciation. By translating complex forecasting models into a simple, actionable metric, he helped ATTOM introduce a new category of forward-looking analytics that enables investors, lenders, builders, and real estate professionals to identify opportunities and risks at a hyperlocal level. Beyond developing sophisticated machine learning solutions, Wagner has helped position ATTOM as a leader in AI-powered property intelligence by turning decades of proprietary real estate data into products that solve real-world challenges for clients and advance the company’s vision for AI-driven innovation.
“The HousingWire Insiders award recognizes the operational leaders whose expertise and execution help their organizations thrive,” said HousingWire Editor in Chief Sarah Wheeler. “For more than a decade, we’ve celebrated the professionals who solve complex challenges, lead critical initiatives and make a lasting impact behind the scenes. Their work is essential not only to their companies, but to the continued advancement of the housing industry.”
