Martin & Co franchisee acquires third agency in 12 months
A Martin & Co franchisee has completed the acquisition of a third lettings agency within a 12-month period, marking continued consolidation within the Worcestershire lettings market.
Nirvair Sander, who operates the Martin & Co Worcester franchise, has purchased Parsons Choice, a lettings agency based in Stoke Prior. The transaction follows two previous acquisitions completed in the prior year, including the lettings division of neighbouring Hills Estate Agents.
Expansion strategy
The acquisition adds to Sander’s portfolio across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. According to Sander, the purchase aligns with the franchise’s operational model of maintaining personalised service delivery through family-owned business structures.
Toby Phillips, Managing Director of Martin & Co, stated that the transactions demonstrate opportunities for operators seeking to expand whilst retaining local market knowledge. The approach mirrors broader consolidation trends within the lettings sector, where established agencies have been acquiring smaller operators.
