CJ Hole relocates Burnham-on-Sea branch to new premises
Estate agency CJ Hole has relocated its Burnham-on-Sea branch to new premises in Somerset, marking the 12th office for franchise owner Chris Hill across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
The office opened on 3 July, replacing the agency’s previous location in the coastal town. The branch will continue to provide sales, lettings and property management services to the local area.
Franchise expansion milestone
The relocation represents a milestone for Chris Hill, who has operated within the CJ Hole network for more than 30 years. His franchise now manages a dozen offices across the South West region.
Hill said: “Opening our new Burnham-on-Sea office marks an exciting new chapter for our CJ Hole Group. With a talented local team, we’re committed to becoming a trusted part of the community, building lasting relationships and helping people move with confidence across Burnham-on-Sea and the surrounding area.”
The move forms part of CJ Hole’s investment strategy in its existing network. While the property market faces challenges with reduced new build listings, established agencies continue to upgrade their physical presence in regional markets.
Network investment strategy
Toby Phillips, Managing Director of CJ Hole, commented: “The opening of the new Burnham-on-Sea office demonstrates both the strength of the CJ Hole brand and our continued confidence in the local property market.
“Chris and his team have built an outstanding business, and reaching the milestone of twelve offices is a testament to their commitment to exceptional customer service and sustainable growth.”
The agency said the relocation reflects its strategy of investing in upgraded premises and experienced local teams whilst maintaining its presence in established communities. The branch will serve buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across Burnham-on-Sea and surrounding areas, combining local market knowledge with national brand support.
The investment comes as the property industry navigates ongoing market conditions affecting regional estate agencies across the UK.
